Born in 1975 in Tokyo, Kato Hideyuki has congenital blindness. Based in Tokyo, he is a systems engineer as well as an electric guitarist, composer, member of the band celcle, and a special adjunct instructor at an international school. He has appeared in the films Inner Vision (2013) and Night Cruising (2019).
