Yamaguchi Kana

Born in Osaka, Yamaguchi is a doctoral student at the University of Tsukuba. She pays close attention to the small phenomena that surround us and explores ways of inviting people to engage with them through haptic experiences. Her current research and creative practices focus on the sound of rain falling on umbrellas and the spaces that umbrellas create.
