Watanabe Hideaki

Having worked in urban development through cultural and commercial projects at PARCO, as well as in brand and service development at leading advertising and digital creative firms, Watanabe Hideaki founded NEWPARK, a design-driven placemaking studio that works across nature, cities, and technology. Watanabe’s expertise spans UX and communication design. He has taught and implemented industry-academia programs at Musashino Art University and the Kyoto University of the Arts, and has received international accolades, including the Red Dot Award and YouFab Global Creative Awards.
