Takano Kumiko

After serving as editor-in-chief of WEB ACROSS, a think tank and media outlet by PARCO, she joined the faculty of Meiji University. Drawing on an archive of fixed-point observations ongoing for over forty years in Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku, she conceived, compiled, and wrote Street Fashion 1980–2020: A Record of 40 Years of Fixed-Point Observations (2021, PARCO Publishing).
