Sakuma Misato

Sakuma graduated from the Department of Information Design at Tama Art University. After working at DeNA, she joined the design consulting firm SEVEN DEX, where she primarily worked on brand development, graphic design, and UX/UI design. She is currently a member of the Creative Center at Tsuchiya Kaban. Her creative practice involves articulating the values embedded in brands and organizations and translating them into visual expressions that inspire empathy and action. Her interest in how the way we dress and what we wear both contribute to the formation of the self stems from the experience of observing children choosing their randoseru (school backpacks).Last Updated: 2026.08
