Otsuto Masashi

Otsuto Masashi is a member of the CCBT technical team. He primarily handles filming, photography, and technical direction for streaming events, while exploring the CCBT archive. Hailing from Iwate Prefecture, he graduated with a degree in visual art from Akita University of Art in 2021, where he also completed graduate studies in transdisciplinary arts in 2023. During his time at university, Otsuto focused on communication between people in remote locations through live streaming and playing online games, creating interactive works that facilitate dialogue between those in different places.Last Updated: 2026.04
