Kobayashi Kanta

Born in 1999, Kobayashi Kanta completed his MFA in New Media at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts, in 2025. His work spans a range of formats—including installations, video, websites, and apps—and explores the increasing invisibility of information technology as it becomes subsumed into everyday life. By intervening in the underlying technological environments that quietly shape our perceptions and thoughts, he seeks to disrupt and reframe how mediated realities are seen and understood.Last Updated: 2025.08
