Nakaji Hiroaki

Nakaji Hiroaki’s practice focuses on artistic forms of expression created by machinery. As an engineer, he also undertakes commissions to design and make machines for artworks. After a stint as an engineer for a manufacturing company, he studied at the Institute of Advanced Media Arts and Sciences Department of Media Creation. Nakaji’s major exhibitions include “See, Enjoy, Think Sports Laboratory” (ICC, 2019), “Artist in Museum Vol. 8” (Museum of Fine Arts, Gifu, 2020), and Rules?
