CCBT Compass is a place for looking back on the two years since CCBT opened and sharing those discoveries and practices. It is also an opportunity to update those activities with a fresh compass. At this event kicking off CCBT Compass, Ukawa Naohiro, who has continued to observe how Shibuya culture has changed, joins Tsugawa Eri, who views the city and its creativity from the perspective of an architect, to reflect on civic creativity.
