Miki Eriko served as a student facilitator at Kyoto Sangyo University’s facilitation studio (“F-Kobo”), where she was involved in career education and student dormitory training program development—an experience that sparked her interest in designing workshops. She later enrolled in the Keio University Graduate School of Media Design, pursuing research on IT policy. Miki worked at an IT company before joining the digital transformation (DX) department of an events management company, where she now manages governance initiatives for generative AI. Alongside her professional career, Miki directs initiatives such as “Koi no Hajimari Kenkyu-kai (The Beginning of Love Lab)” and “Renai Hakunetsu Gakkai (Love Fever Society),” which explore life’s big questions through dialogue-based workshops. Inspired by the idea of “developlay” through the Future Undokai (Sports Day) Project, Miki is now applying the same ethos to create spaces where diverse people, including herself, can find happiness.
